Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please contact us up to 7 days prior to your booked time slot. Cancellations made with less than 7 days to your booked shoot time will not qualify for a deposit refund owing to the likely inability to fill this time slot again at such short notice. Requests to reschedule up to 72 hours prior to your booked time slot will be accepted but please note that when re-booking, this will be subject to availability. If you request a reschedule with less than 72 hours to your booked shoot time, you will be required to pay the remainder of your full shoot fee upfront to secure your revised date.
